OK EVERYONE LOVED MY LAST COUCH WORKOUT 💪🏼🤣🥔

So I thought Id do a little series here for you ladies!! This is truly a FUN and AWESOME Workout!


Its AWESOME because of many reason, you don't need to leave your house, you don't even need to leave your living room and stop binge watching your favorite Netflix Show!! 🤣🤣


YOU DON'T even need to leave the comfort of your couch!

That's right Ladies! You can do this workout on your COUCH!

The amount of multitasking that will be done!!! 🙌🏼 🙌🏼 🙌🏼 🙌🏼 🙌🏼 🙌🏼 🙌🏼


ALL YOU NEED IS A COUCH CUSHION 💪🏼🤣

NO GYM ? NO EQUIPMENT ?NO PROBLEM 😉💪🏼


Hey Ladies!

You don't need an expensive gym pass or equipment at home to have a great full body workout. You can tone, sweat, and feel great right from home with a little creativity and a couch cushion !! 😍🙌🏼

Try this circuit by performing each exercise for 10-15 Reps for a total or 2-4 Rounds. 💪🏼💪🏼 1️⃣ BULGARIAN SPLIT LUNGE & TWIST 2️⃣ SQUAT PRESS 3️⃣ IN & OUT TUCKS 4️⃣ GLUTE BRIDGE & CHEST PRESS


1️⃣ BULGARIAN SPLIT LUNGE & TWIST

How to make the best of this exercise :

- Twist to the side as much as possible to engage and challenge your Balance and Obliques!


2️⃣ SQUAT PRESS

How to make the best of this exercise :

- Keep the weight in your heels, sit as low as possible and push the cushion over your head while engaging your core.


3️⃣ IN & OUT TUCKS

How to make the best of this exercise :

- Keep your core Hallow (Try as much as possible to not arch) Reach your legs and arms as far as possible.

Doing this exercise on a diagonal is recommended for more space.



4️⃣ GLUTE BRIDGE & CHEST PRESS

How to make the best of this exercise :

- You can either decided to keep your legs narrow (engages inner and outer thighs) or wide (engages glutes)
