YOU DON'T even need to leave the comfort of your couch!
That's right Ladies! You can do this workout on your COUCH!
You do however need 1 Mini-Band!!

💪🏼🤣🥔 COUCH POTATO WORKOUT 🥔🤣💪🏼 . Please Like ♥️ Tag a friend 👭 & Save DON'T MAKE EXCUSES 😉💪🏼 There is always a little something you can do to move your body and build a little strength EVEN ON THE COUCH!!🎉🙌🏼 Try this WORKOUT 💪🏼💪🏼 . Do each exercise for 20+ Reps! . For 3-5 Sets .
1️⃣ Glute Abduction 2️⃣ Single Arm Curl 3️⃣ Shoulder Press 4️⃣ Triceps Push Down
1️⃣ Glute Abduction
How to make the best of this exercise
- Putting the Mini-band over the knees will be slightly easier! For a challenge put the Mini-band under your knees or add two :D One below and one above for maximal BOOTY Burn!
2️⃣ Single Arm Curl
How to make the best of this exercise
- Push your elbow into your knee, and bring your hand all the way up to your shoulder and go nice and slow for each curl!
3️⃣ Shoulder Press
How to make the best of this exercise
- Remember to keep your core and back engaged! Push your arm slightly apart (laterally) at the top of your press for an extra challenge.
4️⃣ Triceps Push Down
How to make the best of this exercise
- Squeeze your Triceps into you back as you extend your arm fully. Rotate your hand (pink to back) to feel full extension of the muscle.
