Yoga Block aren't heavy at all, which makes the exercise so much fun :D This workout definitely is FUN! And the fun doesn't stop with these interesting exercise variations but that you can do this workout as a challenge with a friends :D Pass the block if you only have one or work together to push each other to get the most amount of reps!

How to make the best of this exercise
- Lower your body and legs slowly! Keep your core engaged to not arch your back.
2️⃣ Plank Up & Down
How to make the best of this exercise
- Try to keep the Yoga Block on your back at ALL TIMES (keep the block either near your upper back or glutes)
3️⃣ Russian Twist & Press
How to make the best of this exercise
- Adding a Chest Press in the middle of your twists challenges your balance and works your upper body!
4️⃣ Cross Body Crunch & Thigh Squeeze
How to make the best of this exercise
- Squeeze the Yoga Block really tight with your inner thighs to feel the BURN!
